Barns of Elbert Photo book

I wrote this book a few years ago after photographing the wonderful barns of Elbert County for nearly two decades. Barns are special place that represent the heart of rural living. Birth, life, and even death occurs here.  Joy and sorrow; hard work and play; plus scores of indelible smells and unforgetable sounds.  Every barn tells a unique story.  I did the history on the people who once lived and worked in these iconic structures.  This project was a labor of love. I hope to do more of these types of projects in the near future.
